Beautiful area. It's a short drive from Chattanooga and Cleveland. Calhoun is also home to a massive paper mill that produces a half million tons of paper a year. If the smell of a paper mill doesn't bother you, then go for it.

Its a great area. Mainly rural. You wont find neighborhoods with street lights and sidewalks but you can buy some land and be happy.
