I watched an interview/podcast recently by a guy who lives in Arkansas grew up in Chattanooga, and he characterized it as having an odd division/juxtaposition of rich and poor; the implication that it is more pronounced here than in the rest of TN and maybe other nearby cities. Granted, I think he's been out of the state for 10-15 years. I've been to Chattanooga once and didn't really get that impression. Is this still the case and are there certain parts of towns/parts of suburbs where it's more the case?
