These high schools all serve high income areas. They are all the highest performing high schools in their respective area, and each offer relatively similar housing stock in their district (with somewhat varying price points). So to the affluent buyer, would it be fair to say they should consider each of these districts equally (assuming employment location was not a factor)? Each district is also located in towns with similar amenities (vibrant downtowns, Metra access, good parks).

Does each school system have the capability to serve the same buyer? If no, what type of buyer do you think each school system serves?

What do you think?

New Trier and Hinsdale Central are a few steps above Homewood-Flossmoor. Not saying you wont get a good education from Homewood-Flossmoor but the first two are in the top five high schools in state.
