Would anyone have suggestions on the best Downers Grove neighborhoods to live in including subdivisions? My husband and I are moving there and we are expecting our first child. I'd like to find a very neighborhood-like area with other young parents, access to parks, etc. What are the best elementary, mid and high schools? Thanks for help.

Based on my clients preferences, these are their selections for family-friendly subdivisions surrounding McCullom and Spring parks:

El Sierra 3BR Start $250K
Sun Ridge $300K-$400K
Fairview Pointe $500K+
Darien Club $600K+
