Good day, everyone.

Trying to talk about something fun, despite some of the unfortunate stories going on...

I'm wondering if anyone has had the pleasure of taking in any Candy Cane Lanes, or to any of the Christmas Light shows?

I drove through Lincolnwood's Candy Cane Lane, this past weekend. It seemed it may have been a bit "lighter" (no pun intended) than the last couple of years I have driven through.

I understand there is a Candy Can Lane near Harlem Avenue, between Addison and Belmont? I'd like to go see it tomorrow. Has anyone had any experiences with this one? Is it still going? Are the lights to the west or east side of Harlem? Or BOTH?

Stay safe and stay warm, everyone!

Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Kwanzaa, Feliz Navidad, Happy Holidays to ALL!

None of you heathens provided any feedback!

Oh well. I quickly drove through a couple of streets in Dunning but didnt see anything.

I took someone to check out the Lincolnwood area today, and she really liked it.

Ravenswood Gardens, west of the river, has some blocks where people go all out with lighting.

Kmanshouse, thank you, my friend.

On Saturday, I did bring my friend from high school to see the lights in the Square, and she loved them!

I took some pictures and shared them with a couple of Chicago groups on Face Book. They got a lot of nice reviews, and stories people shared about growing up there!
