...and NOT buildings that will never be built like the Chicago Spire. Buildings that were recently completed (<5 yrs) and ones that are under construction that we can see real pictures of!!!

I might be wrong, but the Spire started construction about two years ago.

No it didn't, it's been "on hold" for nearly a year....it has been nothing but a hole in the ground for a year now....and the architect Calatrava filed a lien against the building for non-payment. if it will ever even be built it will be at least a very long time.

The structure's construction hasn't started.

Oh, my mistake. I thought when your link said construction began on the Spire last June, it meant that construction began on the Spire last June. I had no idea neither caissons nor the foundation counted as part of the structure.
