I am currently looking for someone (female) to sublease my Eaglevillage Apartment to starting the Begining of January. It is located in Evansville Indiana, right around the corner from University of Southern Indiana(walking distance). I have already paid January's rent so to the individual who is interested that month would be free. Rent after that is $375 which includes all utilities including internet. The apartment comes fully furnished and with washer and dryer. It is a 4bedroom, 2bath I also have three wonderful roomates that attend USI. I will be willing to give $125 to go towards the fees.
