Builders in Compass Pointe (how much, homes, luxury)

Planning to build in Compass Pointe later this year. Planning on an all brick house, so was mostly looking at Trusst and Coastal Luxury. I’ve read previous posts over the last several years and have looked at several models and floor plans. Any positives or negatives with either one or recommendation for other builders that have all brick? Thanks.

Other builders from an older thread, but not sure if they are still in business: Jules Sacchetti, South Bay Builders and Kirk Pigford.

BTW, Coastal Luxury floorplans look great, but the larger ones require a very wide lot. How much square footage were you planning on? Did you want any bonus space on the second floor?
