Are there any flooding issues at Brunswick Forest. I know that Compass Pointe fared well when Florence and Ian came through.
Just want to know if there are any issues during normal heavy rainfall.

Thanks

I used Realtor's map option to look at Brunswick Forest, then turned on the flooding depth option. There are a few creeks running through BF, but the planners did a pretty good job of avoiding the creeks. The creeks show 1 to 2 foot possible depths. You can see the creeks in the back yards of some streets, but the do not touch the houses.
