This is Great news about the Hardee's restaurant coming to Midland I drove down jr.allen parkway yesterday and seen the Mcdonalds restaurant in midland under construction it's coming along nicely. Midland is slowly experiencing growth. Now we need a nice hotel in Midland maybe like a Staybridge suites hotel located on the old swift mill vacant site along with a Super target all on the same site would be cool that way Super target could compete with Walmart that's located on Gateway Rd.

I was out today and noticed a sign on the lot next to the CVS at the intersection of whitesville and double churches for The Shoppes at Grove Park. I tried googling it but nothing comes up. Anybody heard anything about this?

The grove park developers want to build a shopping center there, great location, but I know that some of the lots in that area are priced well above market value, so well see what happens. It's a shame that between green island hills and spring harbor, the economic development down river rd has been Stagnated. There a few projects coming in the next 2-5 years that will push threw those barriers - I hope. Anything trying to be built across from the cb&t on river rd basically has to be approved by green island. They turned down a CVS, so idk what they will "allow" - by that I mean not oppose it.

Midland continues to grow. Two outparcels in front of the Wal-Mart Supercenter will be under development. American Family Urgent Care is building a free-standing building. The other parcel will have a 6,000 sq. ft. retail building. One of the tenants I know is Erbert & Gerbert's, a sandwich shop. It will be there 2nd Columbus location.
