Bibb City is on a roll! Lots of positive things going on with the City Mills Hotel (check it out), new Mercer Medical School and renovations/ updates of businesses and homes in the area. I expect this to continue as folks want to be near our bustling downtown/UpTown. Getting in "early" presents lots of fixer upper and business opportunities!
