A lot more open space to fill but a big improvement in the last 10 years.

All of that open space! Can’t wait to see it get filled in. Especially high rise offices and residential buildings.

Random- but why do none of the junctions on 185 or JR Allen have lights?
Entering from Atlanta with lights would be very welcoming
Especially at exit one for second Ave and down by Fort Moore

Agreed! DOT just refuses to light any part of JR Allen for some odd reason.

Wells Fargo/TSYS should team up on an office building next. Wells Fargo as the bottom floor bank.

That would be interesting, let’s hope we start to hear some more downtown development news that’s major.

That Rail-yard is also a topic
I’d love to see some development happen there
Reconnect the grid system

Yeah I heard. That’s only if NS don’t try to fight/stall the city out again….but if they don’t have a real feasible way to relocate those tracks then a platform should just get built over the rail yard to allow developments to happen.

Basically something similar to Hudson Yards in NYC. Those skyscrapers sit on a platform that’s built over the rail lines.

Also Atlanta's Downtown sits on top of railroad tracks as well!
