Nothing Karla, we turned it off when it was not working. We got him here about 5 he did something, left and by 9pm it was off again. I wrote up a work request (not a very nice one), he got her first thing this morning and put a new motor in the furnace, checked everything and cleaned everything up, it sounds like a running truck but seems to be working, keeping my fingers crossed. We are going to hold back on $100.00 = 4 days of no heat (that is including 1/2 days where he would get it running and then it would quit).
and be very detailed . When we were looking for my MIL a lot of the rating just said "don't move here" or "no help from office" made it hard to tell if it was because the apartment people were bad or the residents were too demanding ie lightbuld out
Well at the walk through I will know if it is coming back, I think. Never had to worry but here I am worried, they just don't seem right!
