Hope your last day of school was fun. I'm glad they had one more week after cancelling last week so you could see your kids one last time.
After much procrastinating and other stupid issues I had to deal with, I finally did the D/A walking/strength training one. It seemed to fly by! My arms are sore from the one I did yesterday, though. Doing the shoulder presses, anyway, the one yesterday had you do the overhead press and then go into a squat and back up--my old body wasn't liking that too much.

I did DA tonight and had a nice salad for dinner, I must begin eating salads being as Bob is gone for dinner, they are nice and refreshing.

I know, and you had those extra facts, like it's national shoelace day and this day in history kind of stuff, plus all the questions you had. I am sure it took a lot of time. And they were ready to send out a posse looking for you if it wasn't up early enough--instead of maybe wondering if you were okay or not.
