lol knowing I didn't have to get up for camp this morning I stayed up reading and didn't wake up until 8:10

I have some catch up work to get done but then I am heading into the exercise room I have a couple shows recoded and now that we changed our cable stuff I can watch them in the exercise room

It is suppose to be 93 today with 30% chance of rain so yeah no rain here

Not sure what else is on the books for today but I am sure I can come up with something interesting

What are you all up to ?

Karla, re: the diamond kicks, yes I did do a few of them. I've done them before in workouts. I think they were called donkey kicks. They are hard, but not as um.....challenging as you might think, as far as--like the instructor said--falling forward onto your face! You don't. It just looks as if that could happen. I can't kick my legs up high, but it doesn't matter that much. It's just doing what you can. I can really feel a difference doing those short HIIT workouts compared to the walking with weights--which is only <15 min.

I just wish I could find one with no floor stuff. I don't feel comfortable in the push-up position.

Ok. just finished a 10 min HIIT one that used weights a little bit. At 6 minutes, I was about to stop but kept at it. I need to do some arm/shoulder exercises, too. But, right now, I'm going to mix up so protein powder so I can get me some big muskles. Or just not die.

35 minutes 11 miles on the stationary bike
30 minutes of weight training
35 minutes 1.9 miles 5.0 incline on the treadmill

Hey there, sorry I did not make it yesterday, I had company and we ate pizza and drank a few beers.

No exercise Friday but Gracie and I just got back from a mile walk, later this morning I am going to try out that video exercise.

didn't see any journal for today.

35 minutes on exercise bike
15 minutes on elliptical (hate that thing)
35 minutes on treadmill 3.8mph 5.0 incline.

Morning all

Lionsgators I don't start a thread on weekends. Pretty much take the weekend off or posting would seem like a job.

We will add to Friday's post or sometime one of the others will start a thread.

Whew got a lot done this weekend. As you saw on FB we decided to replace the back part of our fence so it would be more open and we could enjoy the nature back there.
While hubby was doing that on Saturday I was pruning back repotting and weeding
Yesterday when he got the 2nd panel done I mowed . Ha ha now that it is opened up we are going to have to mow behind the fence on a regular basis.

Needless to say we both got quite the work out this weekend.
