Today is rest day. The most I will probably do is some martial arts training and maybe abs.

Default March 2nd Morning - Filthy Fifty

Got a late start today so I will do my morning workout later than usual today.

Todays weigh-in: 176.4 lbs.

Todays workout - Filthy Fifty done for time (as fast as possible)

50 box jumps, 24 inch plyo box
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell/dumbell swings 35lbs
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbows - from hanging pullup position, lift knees to touch elbows
50 push presses - 45 lbs
50 back extensions
50 "wall ball shots", no medicine ball so I will use 20 lb dumbell to toss
50 burpees
50 double unders - jump rope where rope passes under feet twice instead of once.

This workout can take anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour so I will eat more than just coffee and banana before starting.

Default March 2nd Morning - Filthy Fifty Results

Did the "Filthy Fifty" and scored 45:16. Had the most problems on the knees to elbow. After getting to 20, had to do the rest in broken sets of 5 each.

Its nothing. Ive seen the weight you're throwing up in your journal, you should be able to do it with one hand. Try doing five rounds of that workout. Thats why most of those workouts I do I just collapse afterwards.

I can do 15 pull ups without a rest I'll be doing them again once it gets warm.

I usually do a set of 15, rest then do pulls and chins in alternating sets to failure. by the 4th or 5h set failure is 2. LOL
