Karla, would love to see photos of hula day event. Sounds like a good time, don't know who will have more fun, you and Lou or the kids.

Today gave the bike a rest and went jogging on the trails in the hills of the local park. Ran a 7 mile nice loop that included my favorite hill called "Dreaded Hill". Not much of a view through the fog and clouds this morning, but kept chugging along down the hill and back home. Nice way to rev up the morning before work.

Got off work early today. The computer department at work had all their big servers lock up. In a high tech place like where I work almost nothing can be done without our electronics in good working order, so it was a good excuse for a little slack time. I don't punch a clock, so being on salary instead of hourly has advantages once in awhile.

double coconut dipped in dark chocolate if I don;t have addresses.
lol I put them in the freezer in the garage out of site out of mouth
dang now I want one
it was white cake with butter creme frosting. with yellow decorations , it was yummy

rofl you want pics of me and lou doing the YMCA now there is the trick
its like the eletric slide I must of played that song hundreds of times during my DJing but I have never done it myself. When soemone asked why I said "because if I am down on the dance floor doing it who will be in the Dj booth laughing.

when I think about it I wish I had taken pictures of the times I have had mayors or admirals and important folks in the YMCA get ups
when you were at one of my parties it doesn't matter who you are if I thought you needed to wear funny hats you did.

I'm just signing in.

25 of the standing side crunches (side bendy things) on each side.

Then 25 ab crunches for front and right 30 for left. And 25 bicycle kicks.

I mowed an half an acre today, also cleaned windows, did all my walking and excerise cleaning and mowing, after yesterdays 10 mile walk, I stayed close to home, and right after I got done mowing it rained down hard and big time. I also feel better today, and am still smoke free.

So, it's wakey wakey time for some and insomnia time for others! How about ThAT!! And they said never the twain shall meet-as for me, I'm just dawdling, oh well. Got things to do, but this is much more fun than packing a lunch!
