Ok, Rance wins photo of the day contest award. I liked the reverse view of the parasail through the round mirror while you took the shot. How well do those things glide if the motor gives out??

Today was another jogging day for me. Went and tore apart some stuff on a couple of my bicycles and haven't put everything together again. I'm mechanically adept but not real fast at it.

Nice cool day here in southern cal, ocean breezes pushing 70 to 75 degree air all over the place. Perfect for leaving windows open. Perfect for this morning's run around on the local dirt trails for about 50 minutes. See you tomorrow.

I don't think we ever went higher than 1000 feet. Pretty low cloud ceiling. And these parasails claim to be pretty good at gliding to the ground with a power loss, rather than folding a wing and spiraling to disaster. It was an awesome ride. And in the wind...much like a roller coaster I think. And my abs still hurt!

Rance, I would get motion sickness but that sure looks fun.

Great workout everyone!!!!
