Hey I'm back!! Got my 3 1/2 miles in already!! Still trying to get my elliptical machine put together! I've also sworn off processed sugar. Pray for me! I've been quite cranky lately...which is a good indicator that I really need to do this. Have a super de duper day.

Karla, I used to do elliptical. It took me a while to build up, but once I did, I enjoyed it. I just can't get back into it.
Raining here, so no hubby walk. 30 minutes weights, 10 min. dreadmill. Had to get to work so I could drop in before the new girl shows up (I have to train her to take my job).
Morning everyone, wasnt on sat or sunday,
friday, 1 mile at the track, 100 chin ups 100 crunches
sat--swam 1 mile,
sunday 100 chinups 100 crunches, mountain biked 2 miles
I wasnt gonna drink any sodas today...but the Dr Pepper machine was calling my name...Arguy

Well I wouldnt have this problem if 1. I wore earplugs to keep from hearing the soda call my name 2. The dr pepper guys would move the machine far far away from my desk-lol. Now that you mention it, I would like to have some M&Ms...

Evey, have a safe trip. Your going to my neck of the woods. orn and raised in the midwest; Illinios to be exact. I really miss home but when I sell I'll be a half back. Dont like the harsh winters but need my seasons.
Went walking with Casper this morning had a great time, it seems like all of nature was singing the birds, trees, the lakes. Just great!!
