Are there any plans for the Paru Tower or the City Center building? Their achitecture is wonderful and I am hoping they will both be redeveloped. Does anyone know anything?

I am not aware of anything. Prepandemic, the Centre City building was supposed to be turned into apartments. As far as I know, the owners still owe 400K in back taxes. It is a cool building. It remains to be seen if the Arcade helps in revitalization of the area.

Good luck. With many companies offering "work from home" on a permanent basis, the empty buildings situation will get worse

Here in Cincinnati, the former Macy's headquarters building is being converted into apartments and condos. It is a huge building and so should greatly expand living options for those in the urban core. I suspect even if a larger proportion of companies remain remote working than appears likely now, this will be a viable option to reuse these spaces.

Brilliant promotion of AFRL to the area and the contributions of this lab and its Warfighter Interface Testbeds, implemented at the Human Effectiveness, ie Decision Making, ie Warfighter Readiness Division at Bldg. 190 - 2698 G Street where
streamline teaming permits genuine neurotechnology engagement with human subjects surrounding WPAFB. The integrity required by ADMIRE contractors Infoscitex and Ball Aerospace to acquire decision analytics from involuntary humans in this manner without their consent is masterful if not legendary according to AFRL. A truly great use of the private sector citizens of Ohio whose earlier role as members of a productive workforce contributed to positive economic drivers. Unfortunately these citizens are now suffering from the unnecessary manipulation by this AFRL funded digital twin technology. Great job AFRL and AFOSR! WOW. This level of thinking could only be marketable in a third world country or to our Senators who are already impaired and the AFRL could rebrand its contribution as warfighter nonessential subsistence theory. A new and deceptive high level descriptor of human machine teaming, awardable as applied neuroscience in distributed Ohio environments.
Jounalism is a first amendment right that is protected.
