I need alot of bone graft in my lower jaw. Most surgeons just want to cut out and even out the bone level which will greatly reduce the amount of bone I have (and still losing) as they feel its economical, but I'm not looking for the most economical way. I am looking to rebuild as much of my lower jaw as possible and putting implants ontop of that. I live in Austin TX, I'd prefer to stay around Houston / DFW but for the right surgeon that I know will beable to help me I will travel a LONG way.

I'm not really concerned about the price as much as I am the finished product, even if that comes out into the 6 figure price range.

Any recommendations?

There is a Dr. Barry Eppley from Indianapolis that is both a maxillofacial surgeon and specializes in skull and facial rebuilding/reconstruction/implants. I read about him somewhere a few years ago in the news for something innovative that he had done and looked him up. Very fascinating website.
