It means you probably have gum disease and tooth decay. Both of those things cause bad breath, and bad breath tends to repulse people. Nobody wants to kiss someone with foul breath.
Gum disease is also linked to heart disease.
For your health, please go to the dentist. Buy a toothbrush and toothpaste and brush your teeth. Get dental floss and floss between your teeth. But please, go to a dentist and get your teeth cleaned by a professional. You are probably going to start losing your teeth before you are 50 at the rate you are going.
It means you should brush your teeth. Every day. More than once. You say that you've never had a problem with your teeth, but there is no way that you do not have decaying food in your mouth and terrible breath.
I know some folks who never go to a dentist ,they brush their teeth with baking soda,as they cant afford toothpaste,they dont eat sweets, they do not brush their teeth before bed,only in the morning.
They have no social life,they dont care either/
A dentist once told me eating lettuce is a good idea,as it gently cleanse the surface of your teeth and remove debris between teeth.

why haven't you brushed your teeth. It is part of good hygiene. no offense but no girl is going to kiss you if you have bad breath and horrible teeth. just because you aren't having a problem now does not mean you won't have issues later in life.
Are you from this world or outta space? not visiting a dentist is another thing but not brushing or cleaning teeth is just unbearable for the people living around you.
