I recently had my cavities filled with resin but now I am constantly cutting my tongue and my jaw also feels a little weird when fully fully closed and when I am biting down hard. What are my options and how can I get it fixed?

Talk to your dentist and see what he recommends. That's your best option I would think. Maybe he needs to reshape the fillings.

Part of the filling process is to file down the filling so that it doesn't change your bite. Definitely call your dentist - it could be an easy fix!

This. Your dentist can easily check your bite/occlusion.

You're supposed to go back to your dentist and tell him he needs to fine-tune his work. There's usually no charge for this. He should have checked this out before letting you leave the clinic the first time, but sometimes subtle issues aren't noticeable until later.
