Capitol Hill is great for 20somethings, and walkable.

Cornerstone apartment management handles a large share of the nicest buildings, Wheelhouse Apts also has a lot.

OP -- do you mean Walnut St. instead of Walton? I am not familiar with Walton St. nor can I find it on a map.

Secondly, if you are working at Broadway and Walnut, that area is rife with apartments. Choose one.

Stick to Lodo or Capitol Hill/Uptown but be sure you get assigned parking or you'll regret it. Street parking is a nightmare in both of those neighborhoods.
