Hi all!

Looking for recommendations of realtors who could assist with finding pet-friendly, furnished, short-term rentals. Hoping for Lakewood, West Denver, maybe Berkeley. I've been looking on AirBnB and Furnished Finder and have been quite overwhelmed.

Does anyone know of any? I'd love to have a few options or recommendations.

Thank you!

"Pet friendly" and "rental" don't go together too well here, unless the pet lives in a crate and can be carried in a handbag. Add in furnished and... well. I'm trying to imagine the deposits and cleaning fees.

Since you're seeking short term, you might consider the long-term executive hotels instead. Many are pet-accommodating and in the end, considering deposits, cleaning fees, rates, location etc. such an option may be cheaper and far less hassle than any regular apartment.

So what you’re saying is you could have made your point with less words, but you didn’t have enough time. To sorta quote Mark Twain.

The term "extended stay" eluded me.

And it would be fewer words.

Unless there's some factor you haven't mentioned, this is definitely "extended stay hotel" territory. Way too long for things like AirBNB, way too short for any kind of traditional rental. And it's zero-added-hassle WRT things like utilities, deposits, etc. — and it comes with maid service. Even breakfast, sometimes. And it's flexible down to a week's extension at a time, whereas most rentals are not.

Hint: you can still bargain for long-term rates, as most such places are struggling to maintain profitable occupancy.
