File unemployment claim from outside the US (unemployment benefits, demographics)

Hello all, I travelled outside the US in March and couldn't return back as flights have been cancelled since the first week of April. Meanwhile, last week, my employer laid me off. Am I eligible to claim unemployment benefits from outside the US?

I made an attempt to file a claim and quit half-way. I noticed the demographics page on the state website, accepts addresses outside the US.
