My four year old starts kindergarten (Hopefully in person) a year from now.

We see allot of houses in our price range in Troy and
and like the highly rated schools but are little concerned with the lack of diversity.

Has anyone riased kids in through this distrct?

Consider Berkley as well. The schools are just as high-quality as Troy and they receive a significant amount of school-of-choice population from Southfield and Oak Park so the district is about 20% black.

troy is ultra competitive and is all about getting kids the highest possible standardized test scores in order for the school to look good. every parent who has put their kid through this school hates the communication as well. frequent text messages blasts at 7AM morning.

it's not a healthy experience. Troy is good for Troy school district, not the children.

Troy has alot of Asians, Arabs, East Euros. I would say that is your diversity if you only measure diversity by race or ethnicity.
