They do. One egg has 215mg of Cholesterol. Normal 2000 calorie diet a person should only have 300mg a day. So one egg takes up most of your allotment. People should watch it, however, a diebetic should watch it even closer as you don't want "other" complications with diabetes.
But, every person processes cholesterol differently. I eat 2 eggs every day and my cholesterol is very low. As a diabetic, I'll continue to eat eggs because it really doesn't effect me. But it might effect you.
each egg has about 125 mg of choline, a nutrient neccesary for lipid metabolism.

I asked one of my Drs yesterday [a diabetic specalist] and he laughed for over a minute. He told me that is NOT true. Eggs will lower blood sugar and is very healthy for diabetics.
I eat 2 per day and my blood sugars are excellent.
My sisters take the shells put them in a glass jar full of water letem sit outside for a while and uses it on their plants. Makes an excellent plant food
