But, every person processes cholesterol differently. I eat 2 eggs every day and my cholesterol is very low. As a diabetic, I'll continue to eat eggs because it really doesn't effect me. But it might effect you.
each egg has about 125 mg of choline, a nutrient neccesary for lipid metabolism.

eggs are a perfect food

I eat 4 eggs per day and my LDL is 54 and HDL 70 at 50 years old

I asked one of my Drs yesterday [a diabetic specalist] and he laughed for over a minute. He told me that is NOT true. Eggs will lower blood sugar and is very healthy for diabetics.

I eat 2 per day and my blood sugars are excellent.

What other food has choline in it? I'm allergic to eggs.

WTH do you do with the yolk---throw it away? Give it to the cat--you do have a cat, don't you?

Studies have shown cats lower cholesterol, decrease heart disease, keep mice away, hold ghosts (ummm....spirits) at bay, you MUST have a cat!

Heavens, a person has to eat something! Hopefully something organic! Let's see, Egg Beaters, fat-free cream, sugar-free, caffiene free, sodium free coke--meatless meat,---pink slime-----Oh, but don't eat an EGG
