Bfast

half bagel, 1 TBSP Salmon spread, tomato slices
Coffee with splenda and almond milk

Lunch - Grilled chicken and hummus with veggie wrap and pickle

Snack - Apple

Dinner -
mixed berries.

Salad - spring greens and tomatoes with FF italian dressing (i prefer olive oil, but am using up this bottle of FF dressing I got, and its a change)

cheese Tortellini (1 cup) with one TBSP olive oil, and a sprinkle of parmesan, and tarragon.

1 slice Whole wheat bread (to sop up the left over olive oil and paremesan)

All told, I went 3 points over my daily 29, and so used 3 of my weekly points.
