Well, the eating at night rule seems to apply for me. Sometimes i leave work late and what I try to do is eat away from the time i go to sleep at least. I was nearly 200 LBS and now at 191.5 last I checked. Using also portion control and eating "cleaner" foods. You know what might trip me up? Cigarettes. if I quit the weight will likely jump up again even though I am at 5-6 a day. Ugh!
Who cares and what does it matter? One thing is for sure, if it is a new poster, they probably will think twice about posting again on this forum.
