Hello- I did a search and I did not find any post on this particular program, if there is, please provide a link and mods can close this thread.


I'm going to give this program a try. Work is paying for it, so why not. It seems promising. It seems like they teach you how to eat via videos. You get metrics done before and after. Has anyone gone through this program? Experiences?

I know I didn't get any replies, but I wanted to follow up on this thread. Just completed the 10-week program and down 20lbs! Love it.

2lbs per week. That is reasonable. Update us in about 10 years on how you are doing. That will be the proof of the pudding.
