Bad news - we had to find JD another home. Over the last couple of weeks he has become increasingly aggressive towards my 5 year old son. Last week he jumped up on my son and scratched him from his hairline - down his face (just missing his eye) - and down his neck and chest. My son has been terrified ever since. It wasn't fair to either of them. JD is just a very playful baby, and I would like to think he wasn't trying to hurt my son. He never did anything like that with anyone else though, he always seemed to go after my son. But I think crate training was not working for him, and we have no other way to train him because we work all day. We made the heartbreaking decision out of love for him. I'm so sad though, I miss him.
Hey all...I would like to post a few photos of our new puppy, Luna. She's a rescue puppy--saved from a North Carolina 'gas chamber.' Thanks to the 'person' who dumped her and her siblings off on the side of the road or whatever enabled her to me ours.
Now she can have a happy life as a Yankee in Vermont.
