Wink Petfinder has 25 (at least)

Kerowyn...

I checked with petfinder which is followed by a .com ( don't know what is "legal" to post on here so I separated it . SO... they ave at least 25 puppies on the site. They are not all purebred but fill out an application to adopt and they will call you. When they call, explain what you want and they will find her for you. It is really a great process. We are adopting a purebred Great Pyrenees. He is being driven 900 miles for us to adopt so do not let the location listed on the site scare you away. This is a wonderful group of folks who really care about you, your needs and the animals. Fill out an application and see for yourself. If you do not like the experience... do not get the puppy, but it is worth it. I have attached a photo of our new son. Best of Luck

thanks for the info. I am trying to help out a friend who really wants a AH youngest. She is the best person with animals and has always ended up with pets she never asked for and I want he to have her dream pet at least once in her life.

The best thing to do is to go to a dog show in your area and chat with the handlers and owners (AFTER the class, please!). If they can't help you, they might know someone who can.

PLEASE don't buy from a puppymill or backyard breeder. We destroy so many cats and dogs in this country each year because of overbreeding by people who care nothing about improving breeds or finding homes for the offspring they're responsible for producing.

A reputable breeder will ask as many questions about YOU and your family/lifestyle as you ask him/her!

This link may help. I worked with the rescue from Arkansas and they are doing a great job.

My parents had one when I was very young. Airedales have beards meant to hold water lol! He'd go drink out of his bowl..then lay his head in moms lap soaking her pants! Hah!
