The Bolt is a lightweight car (under 4,000 pounds), so it does well with a small battery like that. I read some reviews where the 2022 Bolt was road tested at 70 MPH (during the summer), and it did quite well on drive range.
About the Bolt and cold weather driving (EV's can lose around 40% of drive range, and a lot more if -20 and colder ). You can read some of the answers from Bolt owners in here:
