I'd encourage bikers to stop in, serve beer only, and not ever have a menu- Just whatever I feel like cooking people.. spaghetti, tacos, ribs, burgers, fajitas, etc. Of course I'd keep some alternate stuff on hand like chili and sandwich stuff in case they don't like what I'm cooking.
