I assume you mean network TV, so no Game of Thrones.
1. Moonlighting, Cybill Shepherd and Bruce Willis.
2. Fraser
3. Seinfeld
4. Night Court
5. Star Trek
I can get pretty deep into a list of favorites, though.
MASH, LOST, Twin Peaks, Revenge, WKRP in Cincinnati, Wanted Dead or Alive, Route 66, Remington Steele, Blue Bloods, Silk Stalkings (original cast), Last Man Standing (pre Mandy leaving), Desperate Housewives, All in the Family, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, and of course Looney Tunes.
Add "24" to the deep list since I can't edit my old post.
Favorite cartoon of all time (not Looney Tunes), was the original Johnny Quest. It was the only Saturday Morning cartoon drawn like a comic book, and all of the supernatural plots wound up having a solid scientific basis. Great cartoon to get a young kid thinking about how appearances are deceiving and everything has a rational explanation. It might have been instrumental in my later interest in engineering, or perhaps it just appealed to my child's early engineering-geared brain.

Of ALL time is quite a bit for me. But I do think TV was better in the 80s & 90s than later & nowadays. Let's see...& it's in order from when I was a child to NOW.
Today's Special - loved that children's show as a child & was quite mad when it moved to Nickelodeon, which my family didn't have cable quite yet back then

I watched quite a lot of others & quite religiously too, but wouldn't necessarily say they're my favorites of all time.
The later in time it gets, I either don't like shows quite as much as I used to as I get older OR shows just aren't as good to me as they used to me...I don't know which it is.
