All of the above mentioned services issued a Suspension of Service notice for Russia and has not accepted destined to Russia as of March 11, 2022.
Since most mail services use commercial airlines, flight suspensions and restrictions will continue to impact shipments to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus.
In addition, Russia and Belarus (due to the country’s support of Russia) have been sanctioned by the EU, the United States, and many other countries globally following the attack on Ukraine.

There is no known loophole. The airspace to Russia is closed.
33 countries have blocked Russian planes from their airspace, including US, Canada, and the EU.
You can try to ask on other internet forums. (China, India, Mexico , most Asian countries, Australia...)
The problem for private mail service aren't the sanctions I don't think, it's the difficulty of transportation. Mail service traditionally and by international agreement is designed to continue even in war time.
There still is air service to Russia from a variety of countries such as former Soviet republics like Belarus, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia, but also China, Thailand, Oman, UAE, Serbia, Turkey, India, Egypt, Algeria to name some, and that includes countries which offer air service to the U.S. as well, so it should be possible to get things to Russia somehow.
I would think any workaround is likely very costly and not fast, but a Russian language forum where Russian expats post would probably be the best bet to find out the details.
