I live in ND out in the bush/farmland. I’ve never been to Fargo, why are the ethnics causing a ruckus? Is Fargo racist?

What is this ruckus you speak of? I've lived for a few years now and don't see any ruckus.

A lot of the imports get transplanted here and there are so many of them that are just terrible people.

You can thank the Minnesota government who took into refugees who shall remain nameless in the 90s....took some time before they spread out but they made it to Fargo. Sadly the cold weather did not force them out. They are more suitable for California or Mexico
