Please suggest townhomes in West Fargo or Fargo (appliances, townhouses)

What are the pros and cons of living in either area? Both are within a reasonable drive to work.

Also, looking for a 3 bedroom townhome with attached 2-car garage, hopefully with a good-sized kitchen and newer appliances. And if at all possible, some yard/area for playing with a little one. Please share any good or bad experience.

We are relocating that's why we are not very familiar with the area and the prices. It seems though that most everything is within driving distance, but from the little that we know of the area, we like West Fargo and south Fargo. We are a young family so maybe an area where there are other little kids.

If you are looking for something in the $120-150k range, the Elmwood (West Fargo) development has a nice park and a pretty quiet neighborhood. Within the last seven years, many houses, twin-homes, and townhouses have been constructed.
