Man, realtors are personal. They also arent all face value. I used one here 2 years ago that looked like a sleazy used car salesman. From the tie to the shirt to the hair to the shoes. Turned out he was very hard working without being high pressure, had integrity, and represented my property very well and I have nothing but good to say of him, aside from his apparel choice, lol! I also know some realtors that are excellent...but don't suit my personality and while I wouldnt go through them, someone else might, and I know they would do a good job.
