Cabbage, ham, white bread, corn, bluefish, catfish, alfredo sauce, any white sauce, raw onions on anything.
There's probably more, but these are only a few I can think of.

Lemons. My other hated foods have mostly moved into the 'take or leave it' category (and a few into the 'omg I love this now, what the...!' category ) as my palate has broadened, but I can't get over the lemons. I blame lemon Pledge.

Cilantro/coriander leaf - which sucks for me seeing as it's in a lot of Indian, Mexican, and Caribbean cooking and I love those cuisines!

Crawfish, catfish, and tofu. For the life of me, I can't figure out what anyone finds tasty about tofu. Nasty!
