Depends on where you live and where you need to go. You can get to just about anywhere on the bus, but it might take you a bit (especially from the Cape to the Beach). Check out

Are you talking about living here or vacationing? Except for places like NYC, I can't imagine going anywhere without access to a car. Why not just rent one when you get here?

I think it would be a catch 22, the more people that use the bus, the more routes and times they will add (supply and demand). Right now the ridership is so low, it is being subsidized.
