As I am driving around in the Cape I see many housing starts and we all know that the traffic is horrendous already. I see new condos being built everywhere. Every neighborhood has houses going up.

I don't know if we're going to have enough roads for everybody to drive on.

And this economy is not so good I just hope we don't have what happened in 2008. If property values drop drastically and people are underwater on their mortgages many will walk away as they did in 2008. I have a lot of concerns for Cape Coral.

Condos and houses are going up because people are wanting to move there and there is a housing shortage. It's not rocket science. Also, the economy is great right now.

Well I hope you're right because there are many indicators in the economy that don't look so good. Inflation again and gas is going up. Too much unrest in this world.

The housing market is saturated with houses for sale now, add to that all the new construction, high interest rates and it seems to be a buyers market now, not a sellers market.

Roads always come last. Politicians hate to spend money on roads....they must not get big kickbacks on open bid contracts.
