I need some info about the CDW manufacturer Knauf. The company is willing to settle with the CDW victims. Do I have the time to file a claim against them and which other options do I have?
Thank you very much for any response/help.
Happy New Year to all of you!

Can you save furniture that has been exposed to Chinese drywall?

Depends on what it is, exactly.

What kind of furniture is it?

Typically, it'll be okay, however.

Office furniture (wood). The hardware looks good, no corrosion. The drawers are clean and nothing smells funky.

It'll be fine.

There is nothing you can treat it with. There is no reason, really. If you want to feel better about it, you can place it outside for a day or two to "air out"...but it's really unnecessary.

Just a FWIW, each home is different depending on what supplier the original builder used. You can usually smell Chinese drywall. If concerned, get a professional inspection.
