I did an oil change on my wife's car (primary vehicle) in June of 2020. Still haven't hit 5,000 miles. This includes a trip we took from NJ to NC. My wife usually puts about 18,000 miles on her car each year. I don't think we even put 3,500 miles when you take out the NJ to NC trip.
My Truck is even less, Maybe 1,500 miles in the past year tops when I'd normally prob do around 10,000.
We're still both working remote, maybe that's why the spike in gas prices hasn't bothered me in the slightest.
I'm driving about the same. Maybe a little more because I am having to go to the store more often. My son had his work changed and now he is getting home once a week. He eats a lot and likes fresh veggies so I am spending more time at the grocery store.
He is driving 774 miles (round trip) to come home every weekend, so his driving has increased quite a bit.
My normal has always been around 20k to 25k a year. 2020 was less only after the fall, after my parents passed and I got the house sold, as I was driving to their house a lot, nearly every day. This year it is definitely less - not use how much less but I think I only fill up about once every 2 weeks now.
A lot less. Used to need at least a tank of gas a week just for back & forth to work
Unless I take a road trip somewhere, it's probably one fill up every 20 days
I'm driving to work 2 days a week instead of 5. My car might not leave the driveway for 3 or 4 days in a row.
Long-distance trips have been cut in half as well. I'm not driving to Ohio or Michigan, and have driven to visit my mom only a couple times in the past year. Usually I go every other month; in 2020 I went in August, November and December. I'm planning a trip for Mother's Day, and likely will ease back into usual travel by summer.
Prior to March 13, 2020 I was averaging 40 miles/day during the workweek, and occasional weekend outings - call it 11,000/yr.
Now I go grocery shopping and occasionally see my Sister and her family about every 6-8 weeks - call it 15 miles/month, and medical appointments every two months; so maybe 250 miles/yr now.

We just got our first oil change on our 2020 Outback that we bought in October, in 6 months we went 2,600 miles, and that's using it for most errands since it gets much better mileage than my 5.0 V8 truck. Since I went to working from home in February 2020 the truck has gone less than 4,000 miles in the last year.

Somewhere around 50% of pre-pandemic. On the one hand, trips related to work and social events are sharply curtailed. But on the other hand, while stuck at home, I want the finest groceries the world can offer even if they are not at the nearest store. Also, I sometimes have to go on short "road trips" to get better masks and face shields, when not available in my county. So maybe 500-800ish miles per month now vs. 1000-1200 pre-pandemic.
It would be lower if I shopped for things online, rather than trying to "steal" normalcy by putting on extra protection and doing everything in person.
