Utah or Colorado would be best. Forget Aridzona because when it is Monsoon Season you'll be suffering with high humidity for an extended period of time. Both Utah and Colorado offer consistently low humidity.
Would anyone like to give me their opinion on the best sunny - low humidity place is to live in the USA ?
I have Seasonal Affective Disorder ( SAD) so it would really help my health to be able to relocate to such an area. Thanks !
since you did not mention temperature, that would be Denver.
Ummm, SoCal is not even close to the sunniest place in the USA. AZ lays claim to that, as well as much lower humidity than CA.
To the OP: Yuma, AZ is the sunniest place on earth, receiving 90% sunshine, with very low humidities.
Yumas temperature variation is also among the worst in America. and have u ever been there? Man, the highlight of Yuma is Generations Church and having the oldest prison in Arizona. ZzZzzzZZZzzZ

I didnt say Yuma was fun, but if someone is solely looking for heat and dry air, Yuma is the king. Yes, Ive been to Yuma. Never will again.
Anyways, could you elaborate a little more on your statement regarding Yuma's temp variation being the "worst in America"? I dont think you worded that correctly, because temps in Yuma are about as steady as they get.
