Relo to Area (Atlanta, Marietta, Kennesaw: apartment complex, condo, townhome)

Hi All -

I was wondering if I could get good leads on finding a good apartment complex in the Kennesaw/Acworth/ Woodstock/Marietta areas with utilities included? I'd love to stay at about ~$700 for a 1bd. with greater than 750 sq-ft. I've seen several online, but nothing beats advice coming from folks in the area.

Give us a little better Details on what you are looking for.

1. Budget
2. House/Condo/Townhome?
3. Employment Status(commute/work from home)
4. Children(public school vs. private)
5. Suburban or Urban lifestyle preference or a mix of the two
6. Easy access to public transit, important or not?
7. Preferable demographics of desired neighborhood.
