You need to let it grow. I'm not sure if I got the correct images. They are very blurry and look like they are from some ad site.
But, overall, I personally like young guys and even grown men with long hair IF and only IF they have enough of it and keep it clean. If you can do a pony tail, even better (for your every day life). Earrings work too.

There are some drop dead gorgeous guys that look great short, long, none whatever but if you look good with long or longer, I'm not one of those that will tell you to cut it off.

When I see old, beer gut, balding men who have these long stringy locks, yuckkkkkk CUT THAT OFF!

And believe it or not..... I used to have hair down below my waist. Very straight and all one length. After I had my son, it started getting shorter and shorter. It never got longer than my shoulders ever again and now, I experimented a few months ago with a little bit of a spike on top and I think it's a keeper. Besides being so easy to just wash and put some gel when I'm running out, I've been told it looks really good on me.

So I can be the one with the short hair and my partner can have long hair and we'll put a sign on our backs! :-))))

Default I'm Not Going To Get It Cut Anymore This Year....

I'm not going to cut mine anymore this year (my last haircut was 4 months ago). I'm actually going to try to grow it out this time. I've had long hair before (when I was a child and again about 4 years ago). But this time I'm going to keep it. So, I have to quit coloring it so much and just let it grow. I miss my long hair.

I mean my hair isn't THAT short (touches the bottom of my neck now and over my ears). I just want it longer and I hope so by next summer (that would look so awesome!!!).

I like it long. I agree with the poster who suggested layering.
Both my sons wear their hair short. ::disappointed sigh::
I think men should enjoy their hair while they have it.

I've always had my haircut in layers. It's just more prettier. So, I'm waiting to see what it will look like in 4 months to a year from now.

it looks better longer, although you could use some real shaping. have it layered, texturized and then get some good product (something light so as to not disrupt movement, but just enhance texture), and you should be set. The re-shaping of your hair (but stress not to cut the perimeter length out) will really help.

I haven't cut my hair in 3 years, and it's driving me crazy. I did cut my bangs last year for a costume party when it was 2 inches past shoulder-length. Now it's 4-5 inches down my back, but my bangs keep breaking loose and flying into my face.

I like my hair long and I don't mind--too much--the extra time it takes to dry it, or the extra shampoo and having to use conditioner now. However, the bangs-in-the-mouth BS drives me NUTS! I don't want to roll my windows down or I'll have a mouthfull of hair. This happens if I have it tied back in a ponytail (99% of the time) or not. The only way to prevent it (somewhat) is to tie it up at the top of my head, that sort of weird fu-man-chu look is okay for clubs, but I'm not sure about wearing it to work that way.

My hair is very fine--like the almost consistency of cobwebs--and floats around on the slightest breeze. Can someone suggest a way to keep it from flying around in the wind? Is there a trim that I can get or something? The only solution I've ever found that works is to turn it into a helmet with half a can of industrial strength hairspray.

So, if anyone wants to take a shot at a list of questions:

1. How do I keep fine long hair out of my face?
2. Is there any way to quickly temporarily dye a whole head of long blond hair? Say in 15 minutes before going clubbing.
3. Any surfers or swimmers know of a good way to tie back long hair in the water? The little black hairtie things wash away after about 3 duckdives. I've had a big chunk of it wrap around my leash and get yanked out on occasion, and it's always in my eyes after a wipeout.

I don't know. I'm getting frustrated with dealing with long hair, as it is a big pain in an active lifestyle (gets in the way of helmets, gets stuck in my wetsuit, gets yanked out by my leash.). Maybe I should shave it off and get it made into a wig. It would be great to be able to take it off whenever I wanted.
