It will be many years before HR becomes nearly as congested and populated as Nova. Yes, the area has changed tremendously in the last 20 years but Nova has changed even more in the last 20. And traffic here is a breeze compared to Nova in most respects.

Which part of Virginia is "forward thinking"? Most of it is backwoods rural lost in 1940's mentality, and everything south of that "northern 1/3" is mirred in a hodge podge of racisim, dependence on tiny business, lack of regional cooperation, and anti intellectualism.
