How about lurking for a while, like maybe two or three years, and learn something. Then come back when you have more of an understanding.
As much as it pains me to have to say so, he does have a point. Condos mitigate sprawl. If every condo currently lining Kapiolani Blvd. were a single-family house instead, there would have to be 2 more Oahus to accommodate the extra acreage needed.
(Well, maybe only 1 more Oahu. But you get my drift.)
BTW I lived on Oahu for 3 years; do I qualify as a kama'aina here or did I lose my points when I left Hawaii for the second time?
